If anyone in the raid is hit with Charred Earth, they need to move out of the Charred Earth area immediately.Īnyone that can Dispel or Cleanse should remove Distracting Ash from raiders as quickly as possible, as the reduction in hit chance is a massive dip in damage output. As long as the main tank holds the boss sideways, while the rest of the raid is on the boss's side, positioning isn't much of an issue, but it is still the top priority.Īll damage dealers should be on the boss's side, away from the boss's front avoiding cleave, and away from the boss's tail avoiding tail sweep. Players can not stand in front or behind the boss, pretty much under no circumstance, as doing so will cause too much raid damage. Positioning is the most important thing to understand for this encounter.

During Aerial Phase, ranged need to focus fire Restless Skeletons until the boss comes back down for the next ground phase.Slow damage output down between transitions, to allow the tank to re-gain threat for a smoother encounter.During Aerial Phase, melee need to focus fire Restless Skeletons until the boss comes back down for the next ground phase.Cleave damage and Tail Swipe can cause too much raid damage, so melee should stay at the boss's side.
